Pathways Traineeship Program.
This structured program has been designed to transition new recruits into the transport industry. Whether you are a school leaver looking for an exciting career, or you are looking for a change in direction, this program will assist you into all aspects of your career in logistics.
Our program is designed to help to build the wider transport industry, it’s a real profession and not just about drivers, and it is an easy and supported way for all to enter this dynamic and important industry.
You will be mentored by professionals and we will support you in the journey, whether that be behind the steering wheel, on the tools, or in the office. The transport industry provides real opportunities for motivated people looking for a long term, rewarding and stable career.

Opportunities awaits
Drivers
All you need to start your career as a Driver is a current driver’s licence, and we’ll give you on the job training as you work your way up to your MC licence driving linehaul.
Workshop
If you have an aptitude and are mechanically minded, we’ll give you the training and mentoring in all aspects of the workshop.
Office & Management
The logistics industry has endless opportunities for career growth, whether that be in customer service, procurement, scheduling and team management.
